This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services booked with All India CCTV Experts.
1. Free Site Survey
Our site survey and quote are completely free. You are under no obligation to proceed after the survey.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Before work begins: You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time before installation/repair work starts. Any advance paid (minus non-refundable costs already incurred, such as custom-ordered material) will be refunded.
- After work begins: Once installation/repair has started or materials have been used, charges for the work completed and products used will apply and are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The service could not be delivered from our side.
- You cancelled before any work or material procurement began.
- There is a duplicate or incorrect payment made to All India CCTV Experts.
Refunds are not applicable to products that have been installed and are working as agreed, or to issues covered separately under warranty.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. Warranty Issues
Problems after installation are handled under our warranty terms — typically through repair or replacement rather than a refund. Please contact us and we'll make it right.
